Lisa Empson – BSc (Hons) ACA
Principal Manager - Business Services
Lisa studied Accounting at Loughborough University and joined Allotts after graduating in 1995. She qualified as a chartered accountant while working in our Corporate Services Division and has been managing the Business Services Division since January 2005. She works with a wide range of clients but has particular interests in family businesses and the medical and farming sectors. When she was young rather unusually Lisa wanted to be a pathologist.
Ron Blagden – MA (Cantab) FCA
Principal Manager - Corporate Services
Ron read Economics at Cambridge and trained and qualified at Grant Thornton. He then worked in industry for 3 years before joining Allotts in 1986. He became a manager in 1989 and has been responsible for our Corporate Services Division since 2002. Ron has particular interests in financial services and groups of companies. Ron’s dream job away from accounting would have been to work in the field of natural history such as a keeper of a nature reserve.
Bient Singh – FCCA
Senior Manager - Corporate Services
Bient studied at Teesside Polytechnic and completed an HND course in Business & Finance. He joined Allotts shortly after he graduated in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995. He has been a manager within our Corporate Services Division since 2004 and is resident at our Doncaster Office. He has a wide ranging portfolio of corporate clients both at our Doncaster and Rotherham offices including insurance and financial services companies, charities, engineering and manufacturing companies. Bient’s dream was always to be a professional snooker player but to date his highest break has only been 50.
